Indiana High School Basketball - Sheridan nips Western Boone

Sheridan Blackhawks (Sheridan, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Western Boone Stars (Thorntown, IN), 42-41 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Sheridan upgrades its record to 10-9 on the campaign. The Blackhawks travel to Fountain Central (Veedersburg, IN) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 18-4. Fountain Central won 68-45 in their recent league bout against North Vermillion (Cayuga, IN)

Next up, the Stars play the Delphi Community Oracles (Delphi, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 25. Western Boone will attempt to upgrade on its 6-15 season record.
