Hondo Owls (Hondo, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Pleasanton Eagles (Pleasanton, TX), 15-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Owls now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Poteet for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 21.

With the loss, Pleasanton falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to IDEA South Flores (San Antonio, TX) to battle the Owls in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 23.
