The Nicholas County Grizzlies (Summersville, WV) basketball were winner over the visiting Roane County Raiders (Spencer, WV), 54-41 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Grizzlies now possess a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Braxton County for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 19. Nicholas County will play a Eagles team coming off a 58-42 non-league loss to Lewis County (Weston, WV). The Eagles record now stands at 13-5.

With the loss, Roane County falls to 5-12 on the campaign. The Raiders host Tyler (Sistersville, WV) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 20. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 8-11. Tyler lost 84-54 in their recent non-league bout against Wheeling Central Catholic (Wheeling, WV)
