February 12, 2025: Spencer, WV 25276

The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Braxton County Eagles (Sutton, WV) and the host Roane County Raiders (Spencer, WV), observed Braxton County's basketball team edge Roane County by a score of 59-54.

The Eagles (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lewis County (Weston, WV). The Minutemen come into the non-league challenge with a 7-9 record.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Clay County Panthers (Clay, WV) in a Little Kanawha - East challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Roane County will attempt to improve on its 4-11 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 6-11 record after their 71-51 league loss to Braxton County (Sutton, WV).
