The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Au Gres-Sims Wolverines (Au Gres, MI) and the visiting Tawas Area Braves (Tawas City, MI), observed Au Gres-Sims's basketball team knock off Tawas Area by a score of 40-20.

The Wolverines (12-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Hillman (Hillman, MI). The Tigers come into the North Star - Little Dipper challenge with a 11-6 record. In their last challenge, Hillman dropped by Rogers City (Rogers City, MI), 42-32, in a non-league challenge.
