The Springfield Longhorns (Springfield, CO) basketball toppled the visiting Cheraw Wolverines (Cheraw, CO), 50-40 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Longhorns now possess a 14-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cotopaxi for a non-league bout on Friday, February 21. Springfield will play a Pirates team coming off a 31-15 league win over Custer County (Westcliffe, CO). The Pirates record now stands at 12-5.
