Indiana High School Basketball - Maconaquah holds off Northfield
February 18, 2025: Wabash, IN 46992 The Maconaquah Braves basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Northfield Norsemen to 49 in the Braves league triumph on Tuesday.
The Braves now possess a 8-8 record. They play next when they host Manchester for a game on Friday, February 21. Maconaquah will confront a Squires team coming off a 65-46 league win over Peru (Peru, IN). The Squires record now stands at 6-0.
With the loss, Northfield falls to 4-2 on the campaign. The Norsemen travel to Southwood (Wabash, IN) to confront the Knights in a game on Friday, February 21. The Knights go into the game with a record of 9-10. Southwood won 39-33 in their recent non-league game against Adams Central (Monroe, IN)
