February 19, 2022: Meridian, MS 39301 The Clarkdale Bulldogs baseball team (Meridian, MS), was overwhelmed 7-1 in Saturday's non-league outing with the visiting West Lauderdale Knights (Collinsville, MS)
The Knights now hold a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Neshoba Central for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 22. West Lauderdale will confront a Rockets team coming off a 10-3 non-league win over Newton County (Decatur, MS). The Rockets record now stands at 1-0.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Newton County Cougars (Decatur, MS) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, February 22. Clarkdale will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Cougars go into the outing with a 1-2 record after their 5-1 non-league loss to Madison Central (Madison, MS).
