February 19, 2022: Gardendale, AL 35071 The Moody Blue Devils (Moody, AL) softball nipped the host Gardendale Rockets (Gardendale, AL), 6-5 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Blue Devils (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Hayden (Hayden, AL). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Hayden held off Hanceville (Hanceville, AL), 16-1, in a non-league bout.
The Rockets now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Leeds for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 22. Gardendale will confront a Greenwave squad coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to McAdory (McCalla, AL). The Greenwave record now stands at 0-1.
