May 11, 2022: Moody, AL 35004 The Moody Blue Devils routed the visiting Leeds Greenwave softball squad by a count of 6-1 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Blue Devils (31-19) will now prepare for their battle against Alexandria (Alexandria, AL). The Valley Cubs go into the non-league battle with a 41-10 record. In their last battle, Alexandria nudged Sardis (Boaz, AL), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Greenwave now sport a 16-12 record. They play next when they travel to Guntersville for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 12. Leeds will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 16-3 non-league win over Ramsay (Birmingham, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 15-15.
