Michigan High School Basketball - Harbor Light Christian fells Brimley
February 19, 2024: Harbor Springs, MI 49740 Harbor Light Christian Swordsmen (Harbor Springs, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Brimley Bays (Brimley, MI), 56-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Harbor Light Christian upgrades its record to 17-4 on the season. The Swordsmen travel to North Michigan Christian Academy (Burt Lake, MI) to play the Comets in a Northern Lakes bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 7-14. North Michigan Christian Academy lost 70-56 in their recent league bout against Ellsworth (Ellsworth, MI)
Next up, the Bays play the Newberry Indians (Newberry, MI) in a Eastern Upper Peninsula bout, on Friday, February 23. Brimley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 73-12 league loss to St.Ignace (St. Ignace, MI).
