Delaware High School Basketball - Smyrna tipped by Dover
February 19, 2024: Smyrna, DE 19977 The Dover Senators basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Smyrna Eagles to 53 in the Senators league triumph on Monday.
The Senators now sport a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Salesianum for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 20.
The Eagles (10-9) will now prepare for their contest against St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE). The Hawks enter the non-league contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, St. Georges Tech was nudged by William Penn (New Castle, DE), 52-51, in a league contest.
