Kentucky High School Basketball - Scott County knocked off by Sayre
February 19, 2024: Georgetown, KY 40324 The Sayre Spartans basketball team scored 68 points and held the host Scott County Cardinals to 52 in the Spartans league triumph on Monday.
The Spartans now sport a 18-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wolfe County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 20. Sayre will battle a Wolves team coming off a 80-55 non-league loss to Clay County (Manchester, KY). The Wolves record now stands at 10-13.
