February 19, 2025: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL) and the visiting Larkin Royals (Elgin, IL), observed Glenbard South's basketball team edge Larkin by a margin of 51-49.
The Raiders (15-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL). The Grenadiers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-27 record. In their last challenge, Elk Grove was tipped by Barrington (Barrington, IL), 73-46, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Royals battle the Streamwood Sabres (Streamwood, IL) in a Upstate Eight - West challenge, on Monday, February 24. Larkin will attempt to better on its 13-15 season record. The Sabres come into the challenge with a 7-24 record after their 43-38 non-league loss to Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, IL).
