In Wednesday's non-league test, the St. Scholastica Doves (Covington, LA) softball squad overwhelmed the host St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons (Hammond, LA), by a count of 30-18.

Next, the Doves meet the Covington Lions (Covington, LA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 20. St. Scholastica will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 6-1 non-league win over Fisher (Lafitte, LA).

The Falcons (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Ponchatoula (Ponchatoula, LA). The Green Wave go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Ponchatoula toppled Holden (Holden, LA), 13-5, in a non-league test.
