Next up, the Mustangs battle the Plant City Raiders (Plant City, FL) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, February 24. Morgan will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Raiders come into the outing with a 2-3 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Tampa Prep (Tampa, FL).

Game Summary
Morgan Varsity Mustangs outlasted King 10–7 Thursday at Aquilla J. Morgan HS, powered by a big day from Sandy Trinidad, who went 3-for-4 with three singles and drove in a key run during Morgan’s early response. After King struck first in the second, Morgan answered immediately with RBI knocks from Lord (double) and Trinidad to take the lead.
Morgan then broke the game open with a seven-run third inning, featuring run-scoring hits from Mathis (double), Rodriguez, Lord, Trinidad, and Troy, plus an RBI from Lopez (HBP) and a sacrifice fly by Shoulders to build a 9–4 cushion.
