Freedom Patriots (Tampa, FL) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting King Lions (Tampa, FL), 12-11 in a non-league test.

The Patriots now hold a 13-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Morgan for a test on Saturday, April 4. Freedom will play a The Mustangs team coming off a 9-2 non-league loss to Parrish Community (Parrish, FL). The The Mustangs record now stands at 2-16.

With the defeat, King drops to 1-16 on the year. The Lions host Leto (Tampa, FL) to battle the Falcons in a non-league outing on Saturday, April 4. The Falcons come into the outing with a record of 6-12. Leto lost 6-1 in their recent non-league outing against Sumner (Riverview, FL)
