The High Point Eagles basketball squad (Beltsville, MD), was crushed 107-76 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Wise Pumas (Upper Marlboro, MD)

With the victory, Wise advances its record to 12-6 on the year. The Pumas travel to Parkdale (Riverdale, MD) to meet the Panthers in a Prince George's County 4A battle on Friday, February 20. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 3-15. Parkdale lost 77-35 in their recent league battle against Flowers (Springdale, MD)

The Eagles now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they host Northwestern for a non-league contest on Friday, February 20. High Point will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 72-43 league loss to DuVal (Lanham, MD). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-17.
