St. Mary Cardinals (Dell Rapids, SD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Iroquois/Lake Preston (Iroquois, SD), 82-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Mary upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Cardinals host Mitchell Christian (Mitchell, SD) to play the Golden Eagles in a B Region 3 bout on Saturday, February 4. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Mitchell Christian won 69-47 in their recent non-league bout against Oldham-Ramona/Rutland (Ramona, SD)
