February 2, 2023: Lambertville, NJ 08530 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the South Hunterdon Eagles (Lambertville, NJ) and the visiting Hamilton Hornets (Hamilton, NJ), saw South Hunterdon's basketball squad hold off Hamilton by a count of 37-31.
With the victory, South Hunterdon upgrades its record to 9-6 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Shore Regional (West Long Branch, NJ) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 4. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a record of 15-3. Shore Regional won 47-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ)
Next up, the Hornets play the Lawrence Cardinals (Lawrenceville, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 4. Hamilton will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 2-16 record after their 33-19 non-league win over Florence Township Memorial (Florence, NJ).
