The Oak Forest Bengals (Oak Forest, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Shepard Astros (Palos Heights, IL), 45-35 in Thursday's league test.

The Bengals (16-9) will now prepare for their test against Thornridge (Dolton, IL). The Falcons go into the non-league test with a 4-19 record. In their last test, Thornridge notched a victory over Southland College Prep (Matteson, IL), 42-32, in a non-league test.
