In Thursday's league match, the visiting Thompson Valley Eagles basketball team scored a tight 56-54 triumph over the Riverdale Ridge Ravens .

In their next game, the Eagles meet the Niwot Cougars (Niwot, CO) in a 5A/4A Longs Peak match, on Saturday, February 4. Thompson Valley will attempt to better on its 10-8 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 3-14 record after their 41-31 league win over Skyline (Longmont, CO).
