Colorado High School Basketball - Rock Canyon fells Mountain Vista
February 2, 2023: Highlands Ranch, CO 80126 Rock Canyon Jaguars (Highlands Ranch, CO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Mountain Vista Golden Eagles (Highlands Ranch, CO), 54-43 in a league bout.
With the win, Rock Canyon upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Ponderosa (Parker, CO) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Ponderosa lost 45-37 in their recent league bout against Chaparral (Parker, CO)
Next up, the Golden Eagles clash with the Heritage Eagles (Littleton, CO) in a bout, on Tuesday, February 7. Mountain Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 45-43 non-league loss to Arapahoe (Centennial, CO).
