Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Chambersburg overwhelms Altoona
February 2, 2024: Chambersburg, PA 17201 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Chambersburg Trojans (Chambersburg, PA) and the visiting Altoona Mountain Lions (Altoona, PA), saw Chambersburg's basketball squad wallop Altoona by a tally of 62-34.
With the victory, Chambersburg improves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, PA) to play the Eagles in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth challenge on Monday, February 5. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 16-3. Cumberland Valley won 73-46 in their recent league challenge against Harrisburg (Harrisburg, PA)
Next up, the Mountain Lions play the Central Dauphin East Panthers (Harrisburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth challenge, on Monday, February 5. Altoona will attempt to improve on its 1-17 season record.
