February 2, 2024: Farmer City, IL 61842 In Friday's league match, the visiting Arcola Purple Riders basketball team scored a good 55-36 triumph over the Blue Ridge Knights.
In their next game, the Purple Riders meet the Unity Christian Lions (Decatur, IL) in a Lincoln Prairie match, on Tuesday, February 6. Arcola will attempt to move on its 19-6 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 1-22 record after their 66-32 league loss to Villa Grove (Villa Grove, IL).
With the defeat, Blue Ridge moves to 14-10 on the year. The Knights travel to Cerro Gordo/Bement (Cerro Gordo, IL) to meet the Broncos in a Lincoln Prairie match on Tuesday, February 6.
