Louisiana High School Basketball - Livonia overwhelmed by Beau Chene
February 2, 2024: Arnaudville, LA 70512 The Beau Chene Gators basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Livonia Wildcats to 39 in the Gators league victory on Friday.
The Gators now sport a 17-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cecilia for a 4A District 5 contest on Tuesday, February 6. Beau Chene will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-52 league loss to Breaux Bridge (Breaux Bridge, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-10.
The Wildcats (14-11) will now prepare for their contest against Opelousas (Opelousas, LA). The Tigers enter the 4A District 5 match with a 14-9 record. In their last match, Opelousas crushed Beau Chene (Arnaudville, LA), 66-50, in a league match.
