Massachusetts High School Basketball - Durfee holds off Brockton
February 2, 2024: Fall River, MA 02720 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Durfee Hilltoppers (Fall River, MA) and the visiting Brockton Boxers (Brockton, MA), saw Durfee's basketball squad hold off Brockton by a tally of 60-56.
With the victory, Durfee improves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers travel to Dartmouth (South Dartmouth, MA) to confront the Indians in a South East challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 9-6.
Next up, the Boxers confront the Bridgewater-Raynham Trojans (Bridgewater, MA) in a South East challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Brockton will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record.
