The Calvary Academy Warrior basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Cumberland Christian Crusaders to 23 in the Warrior league triumph on Friday.
The Warrior now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethel Baptist Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Calvary Academy will battle a Miners team coming off a 47-43 non-league win over Solid Rock Christian School (Berlin, NJ). The Miners record now stands at 5-2.
The Crusaders (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Atlantic Christian (Egg Harbor Township, NJ). The Cougars enter the Tri-State Christian contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Atlantic Christian triumphed over The Pilgrim Academy (Egg Harbor City, NJ), 63-58, in a league contest.
