February 2, 2024: Savannah, GA 31404 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Long County Blue Tide (Ludowici, GA) and the host Calvary Day Cavaliers (Savannah, GA), saw Long County's basketball squad overcome Calvary Day by a tally of 75-56.
With the victory, Long County improves its record to 17-5 on the campaign. The Blue Tide host Johnson (Savannah, GA) to confront the Atomsmashers in a AAA Region 3 challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Atomsmashers come into the challenge with a record of 13-9. Johnson won 52-51 in their recent league challenge against Beach (Savannah, GA)
Next up, the Cavaliers confront the Savannah Country Day Hornets (Savannah, GA) in a AAA Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Calvary Day will attempt to improve on its 7-14 season record. The Hornets come into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 49-25 league win over Savannah Christian (Savannah, GA).
