Connecticut High School Basketball - North Haven tops Cheshire
February 2, 2024: Cheshire, CT 06410 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the North Haven Nighthawks (North Haven, CT) and the host Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT), saw North Haven's basketball squad knock off Cheshire by a tally of 57-48.
With the victory, North Haven improves its record to 9-7 on the campaign. The Nighthawks travel to Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT) to play the Trojans in a Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset challenge on Monday, February 5. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 1-14. Lyman Hall lost 52-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Platt RVT (Milford, CT)
Next up, the Rams play the Sheehan Titans (Wallingford, CT) in a Southern Connecticut - Housatonic challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Cheshire will attempt to improve on its 3-12 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 67-52 non-league loss to Maloney (Meriden, CT).
