Missouri High School Basketball - Clinton fells Pleasant Hill
February 2, 2024: Clinton, MO 64735 Clinton Cardinals (Clinton, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pleasant Hill Roosters/Chicks (Pleasant Hill, MO), 70-59 in a league bout.
With the win, Clinton upgrades its record to 4-14 on the season. The Cardinals host Smith-Cotton (Sedalia, MO) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-18.
Next up, the Roosters/Chicks play the Nevada Tigers (Nevada, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Pleasant Hill will attempt to move on its 5-14 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 9-9 record after their 52-49 league loss to Cassville (Cassville, MO).
