Montana High School Basketball - Roundup ripped by Columbus
February 2, 2024: Columbus, MT 59019 The Columbus Cougars basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Roundup Panthers to 20 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Red Lodge for a B District 4 contest on Saturday, February 3. Columbus will battle a Rams team coming off a 68-63 league win over Joliet (Joliet, MT). The Rams record now stands at 12-1.
The Panthers (0-12) will now prepare for their contest against Shepherd (Shepherd, MT). The Mustangs enter the B District 4 contest with a 2-12 record. In their last contest, Shepherd was routed by Red Lodge (Red Lodge, MT), 61-36, in a league contest.
