Corsica/Stickney Jaguars (Corsica, SD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Scotland Highlanders (Scotland, SD), 64-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Corsica/Stickney upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Freeman (Freeman, SD) to clash with the Flyers in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 8. The Flyers go into the bout with a record of 10-4.

Next up, the Highlanders clash with the Bridgewater/Emery Huskies (Emery, SD) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Scotland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Huskies go into the bout with a 8-6 record after their 58-45 non-league win over Gayville-Volin (Gayville, SD).
