South Dakota High School Basketball - Ethan overwhelms Scotland
December 29, 2023: Scotland, SD 57059 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ethan Rustlers (Ethan, SD) and the host Scotland Highlanders (Scotland, SD), saw Ethan's basketball squad wallop Scotland by a tally of 71-31.
With the victory, Ethan improves its record to 7-0 on the campaign. The Rustlers host Avon (Avon, SD) to play the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 1-3.
Next up, the Highlanders play the Gayville-Volin Raiders (Gayville, SD) in a B Region 4 challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Scotland will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 60-55 non-league loss to Bon Homme (Tyndall, SD).
