The Jefferson County Christian Royals basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Portersville Christian to 40 in the Royals league triumph on Friday.

The Royals now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westmoreland Christian Academy for a contest on Tuesday, February 6.

The (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Jamestown (Jamestown, PA). The Muskies enter the non-league contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Jamestown was defeated by Farrell (Farrell, PA), 82-20, in a league contest.
