Oklahoma High School Basketball - Seminole nips Meeker
February 2, 2024: Meeker, OK 74855 Seminole Chieftains (Seminole, OK) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Meeker Bulldogs (Meeker, OK), 67-60 in a league bout.
With the victory, Seminole upgrades its record to 5-12 on the campaign. The Chieftains host Harrah (Harrah, OK) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 3. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 0-18. Harrah lost 70-56 in their recent non-league bout against Wilson-Henryetta (Henryetta, OK)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Morrison Wildcats (Morrison, OK) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Meeker will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 9-10 record after their 53-47 non-league loss to Ripley (Ripley, OK).
