The Russell Red Devils basketball team scored 91 points and held the host West Carter Comets to 52 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Friday.

The Red Devils now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Raceland for a District 63 contest on Saturday, February 3. Russell will battle a Rams team coming off a 64-54 league win over Lewis County (Vanceburg, KY). The Rams record now stands at 12-9.
