The Blythewood Bengals ran past the visiting Clover Blue Eagles basketball team by a final score of 73-62 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Bengals face the Rock Hill Bearcats (Rock Hill, SC) in a AAAAA Region 3 game, on Tuesday, February 6. Blythewood will attempt to move on its 13-6 season record. The Bearcats enter the game with a 21-3 record after their 77-45 league win over Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC).

With the defeat, Clover moves to 15-8 on the year. The Blue eagles travel to Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC) to face the Yellow Jackets in a AAAAA Region 3 game on Tuesday, February 6.
