The Briar Woods Falcons (Ashburn, VA) basketball knocked off the visiting Potomac Falls Panthers (Sterling, VA), 54-39 in Friday's league test.

The Falcons (19-1) will now prepare for their test against Lightridge (Aldie, VA). The Bolts go into the Potomac test with a 10-10 record. In their last test, Lightridge went down by Riverside (Leesburg, VA), 46-43, in a league test.

The Panthers now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Stone Bridge for a Potomac test on Monday, February 5.
