Washington High School Basketball - University overwhelms Cheney
February 2, 2024: Cheney, WA 99004 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the University Titans (Spokane, WA) and the host Cheney Blackhawks (Cheney, WA), saw University's basketball squad wallop Cheney by a tally of 65-36.
With the victory, University improves its record to 9-10 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Central Valley (Spokane Valley, WA) to confront the Bears in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 14-6. Central Valley won 62-48 in their recent league challenge against Lewis & Clark (Spokane, WA)
Next up, the Blackhawks confront the North Central Wolfpack (Spokane, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. Cheney will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a 2-17 record after their 58-34 league loss to Ferris (Spokane, WA).
