La Grange Leopards (La Grange, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Giddings Buffaloes (Giddings, TX), 42-36 in a league bout.

With the win, La Grange upgrades its record to 19-10 on the season. The Leopards travel to Manor New Tech (Manor, TX) to play the in a 4A Region III District 22 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The go into the bout with a record of 10-12. Manor New Tech lost 43-34 in their recent non-league bout against Valor South Austin (Austin, TX)
