The North Woods grizzlies basketball team scored 74 points and held the host Hill City/Northland to 49 in the grizzlies league triumph on Friday.

The grizzlies now sport a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cherry for a A Section 7 contest on Tuesday, February 6. North Woods will battle a Tigers team coming off a 83-17 league loss to Mountain Iron-Buhl (Mountain Iron, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 9-11.
