Arizona High School Basketball - Odyssey Institute overwhelms River Valley

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Odyssey Institute Minotaur (Buckeye, AZ) and the visiting River Valley Dust Devils (Mohave Valley, AZ), saw Odyssey Institute's basketball squad wallop River Valley by a count of 56-15.

With the victory, Odyssey Institute upgrades its record to 10-14 on the campaign. The Minotaur host American Leadership Academy - West Foothills (Waddell, AZ) to play the Guardians in a 3A West challenge on Monday, February 5. The Guardians come into the challenge with a record of 11-10. American Leadership Academy - West Foothills won 77-4 in their recent league challenge against Tonopah Valley (Tonopah, AZ)

Next up, the Dust Devils play the Yuma Catholic Shamrocks (Yuma, AZ) in a 3A West challenge, on Saturday, February 3. River Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-20 season record. The Shamrocks come into the challenge with a 14-9 record after their 56-33 league win over Kingman (Kingman, AZ).
