Wisconsin High School Basketball - Onalaska crushes Menomonie
February 20, 2023: Menomonie, WI 54751 Onalaska Hilltoppers (Onalaska, WI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Menomonie Mustangs (Menomonie, WI), 89-55 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Onalaska upgrades its record to 17-5 on the season. The Hilltoppers travel to Holmen (Holmen, WI) to clash with the Vikings in a Mississippi Valley bout on Thursday, February 23. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 10-11. Holmen won 75-55 in their recent league bout against Sparta (Sparta, WI)
Next up, the Mustangs clash with the River Falls Wildcats (River Falls, WI) in a Big Rivers bout, on Thursday, February 23. Menomonie will attempt to upgrade on its 9-15 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 14-9 record after their 67-60 non-league loss to Mahtomedi (Mahtomedi, MN).
