Wisconsin High School Basketball - La Crosse Central tipped by Onalaska
January 20, 2023: La Crosse, WI 54601 In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Onalaska Hilltoppers basketball squad scored a close 48-46 victory over the La Crosse Central Riverhawks.
With the victory, Onalaska improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Hilltoppers host North Community (Minneapolis, MN) to play the Polars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 21. The Polars come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. North Community lost 89-85 in their recent non-league challenge against Minneapolis Southwest (Minneapolis, MN)
Next up, the Riverhawks play the Aquinas Blugolds (La Crosse, WI) in a Mississippi Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. La Crosse Central will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Blugolds come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 70-58 league loss to Tomah (Tomah, WI).
