The Stamford Black Knights basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Norwalk Bears to 47 in the Black Knights league triumph on Monday.

The Black Knights now sport a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgefield for a Fairfield County contest on Wednesday, February 22. Stamford will meet a Tigers team coming off a 58-52 league win over Darien (Darien, CT). The Tigers record now stands at 17-2.

The Bears (2-17) will now prepare for their contest against St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT). The Cadets enter the Fairfield County contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, St. Joseph was routed by Staples (Westport, CT), 72-35, in a league contest.
