February 20, 2024: Bellevue, MI 49021 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Colon Magi (Colon, MI) and the host Bellevue Broncos (Bellevue, MI), saw Colon's basketball squad hold off Bellevue by a tally of 55-48.
With the victory, Colon improves its record to 13-9 on the campaign. The Magi host Athens (Athens, MI) to play the Indians in a Southern Central challenge on Thursday, February 22. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 0-21. Athens lost 70-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Burr Oak (Burr Oak, MI)
Next up, the Broncos play the Calhoun Christian Cougars (Battle Creek, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 22. Bellevue will attempt to improve on its 15-4 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 11-10 record after their 60-32 non-league win over Battle Creek Academy (Battle Creek, MI).
