Minnesota High School Basketball - Southwest Christian thwarts Delano
February 20, 2025: Chaska, MN 55318 The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Southwest Christian Stars (Chaska, MN) and the visiting Delano Tigers (Delano, MN), observed Southwest Christian's basketball team knock off Delano by a score of 58-49.
The Stars (14-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Holy Family Catholic (Victoria, MN). The Fire come into the AA Section 5 challenge with a 6-13 record. In their last challenge, Holy Family Catholic was knocked off by Breck (Minneapolis, MN), 65-61, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers encounter the St. Francis Fighting Saints (St. Francis, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 22. Delano will attempt to improve on its 10-13 season record.
