The West Milford Highlanders (West Milford, NJ) basketball edged the visiting Fair Lawn Cutters (Fair Lawn, NJ), 47-40 in Thursday's league bout.

The Highlanders now possess a 18-4 record. They play next when they travel to Jefferson Township for a non-league bout on Monday, February 24.

With the loss, Fair Lawn falls to 5-9 on the campaign. The Cutters travel to Union City (Union City, NJ) to play the Soaring Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 27.
