The St. Ignatius Wildcats basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Valley Christian Warriors to 49 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now sport a 20-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Archbishop Mitty for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 23. St. Ignatius will meet a Monarchs team coming off a 57-42 non-league win over Serra (San Mateo, CA). The Monarchs record now stands at 22-4.

The Warriors (8-18) will now prepare for their contest against Serra (San Mateo, CA). The Padres enter the non-league contest with a 15-10 record. In their last contest, Serra was defeated by Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA), 57-42, in a non-league contest.
